This community extends its deep gratitude to Mike DuBois, our “Extraordinary Donor,” for the gift of his art and his significant contribution to making this book a reality. During the early days, Mike’s donation of his custom cover art, If I Told You All That Went Down, It Would Burn Off Both Your Ears, started this project on its way to manifestation. Sales from his further donations of these limited signed prints and T-shirts were instrumental in securing the funding needed for our first printing.
Mike, from the whole group, this is such a Grateful way to go, and we are speechless and honored.
